Max is so small right now, the longest video I can send is only like 1 minute long for full HD. Should be much bigger

The limits have been increased to 15MB photos and 300MB videos. I would suggest looking into compressing the video using any software/online tool should it be any larger than 300 MB.
300MB videos at 720p should suffice ~30 minutes of content.
If it is still an issue though, let us know!
